Exhaust Hoods-We are licensed to do the complete installation of any grease exhaust hood including the fire system installation along with condensate hoods, vent hoods, and hibachi tables. Jenkins will do a site visit to access your space and any challenging layouts in order to provide a ventilation solution that not only meets all local building and fire codes but fulfills your needs. Smallwares/Cutlery/Culinary School Supplies- Come visit our show room to acquire all of your smallwares. Whether you need a new spatula, cakes stand, tongs, or a thermometer we will have it and if we don’t have it we can get it. Jenkins experience in the food service industry also allows us to assist you with your smallwares if you are starting a restaurant for the first time. Bring your menu with you along with your seating plan and we can let you know exactly what you will need prior to opening. We also have delivery available.

Refrigeration/Ice Machines- We carry a wide variety of refrigeration from walk-in coolers to a sandwich prep unit to a standard two door refrigerator. Jenkins started out selling ice machines in the 80's and came to include a full array of equipment and service.
